Founded in 1980, Dayou Foods traces its roots back to the "ZhimingSeafood Company," established by the family of founder Mr. Weng Qi-Jing in Penghu, Taiwan. Through years of dedication and commitment to quality, leveraging advanced seafood processing techniques, the company rebranded as QichuanEnterprise Co., Ltd. in 1980—now known as Dayou Foods. The company initially focused on squid product processing, setting the foundation for its journey into the modernized manufacturing of marine foods.
From its inception, Dayou Foods positioned marine food processing as the cornerstone of its operations. The company owns an ocean-going fleet, ensuring stringent quality control from the source. Over the years, by maintaining a steadfast commitment to professionalism and superior quality, Dayou Foods rapidly became a key partner for international clients, exporting products to 32 countries and regions, including the United States, Russia, Japan, the European Union, and Southeast Asia. Today, it stands as one of the leading global marine food processing enterprises.
Certification and Honor
Dayou Foods has obtained various certifications, including HACCP, ISO 9001, EU international quality and hygiene certification, UK BRC FOOD CERTIFICATED, U.S. FDA approval, HALAL certification, and Kosher certification. The "Dayou Foods" brand was awarded the "China Famous Brand" certification in 2010.

Domestic Operations
In 1990, Dayou Foods expanded into mainland China, establishing itself as the first modern marine food processing enterprise in the region. The company has since set up four fully-owned subsidiaries: Dongxing Aquatic Processing Enterprise, Dongyi Canned Food Enterprise, Dongwang Aquatic Frozen Food Enterprise, and Anbang Aquatic Food Enterprise. Collectively, these facilities cover 675 acres, employ over 3,000 people, and boast a cold storage capacity of 45,000 tons, with an annual processing capability of 60,000 tons of marine products.
Product and Services
Dayou Foods specializes primarily in squid products and select high-value fish species. The product range includes marine snacks, ready-to-eat marine foods, canned marine products, frozen foods, and marine gift sets. The company's raw materials are primarily sourced from pelagic fishing operations, focusing on squid from the North and South Pacific, along with other economically valuable fish species. Leveraging its industry chain advantages, Dayou Foods exercises strict quality control from raw material procurement to finished products to ensure safety and quality.
With 33 years of accumulated production and R&D experience, Dayou Foods possesses advanced domestic marine food processing equipment and technological reserves, enabling the development of mature processing techniques for marine products.
